Unique Somatic Movement & Somatic Yoga held at the Jenna Blair Yoga Studio in Shrewsbury. Wednesday 10.30-11.30am.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any other props you may need. I suggest a couple of hand towels for use under your head, rather than cushions also a throw or blanket for your relaxation at the end of class.
