Joanne and Damian are our hosts, they live within the stunning property, where we will spend our time relaxing and discovering more about our movement possibilities, based on the theories of Thomas Hanna, Moshe Feldenkrais and exploring the many elements of embodied movement, by the amazing trainers, teachers and coaches I have had the privilege to have been trained, taught and guided by.

I do feel being in such a beautiful place we should spend some of our time around the area, the choice will be yours to spend relaxing time how you would like, between our movement sessions. I will be planning to teach 5  practice sessions but open to discussion with everyone, as my desire is for everyone to return home inspired, refreshed and relaxed. Maria
